"You look so normal!!" is the phrase I hear more often than not when a new client comes into my office. I'm always taken a little off guard when this happens and I usually ask "Who'd you expect?". It says a lot about our culture that most massage therapists are seen as flaky (yes, someone told me that) and that all card readers and energy workers come across as "woo woo" (yup, I have been told that too).
And then there is me.
I am a truth teller. I tell the truth about what is happening with your body during the massage. I tell the truth when your aura raises some red flags and I ALWAYS tell the truth when reading cards. I start each card session with "please do not shoot the messenger". Your message is your message~for better or worse. You own it and what you choose to do with it.
I am a natural born medium (I have been seeing and talking to spirit for as long as I can remember). I was certified an official psychic medium in 2017. I have been reading tarot and oracle cards since I was 15yo. I dove head first into additional education & training, and reading professionally in 2014. Spirit often jumps into a tarot session to ‘help’ me out- so appointments with me are always fun!
When I think about my life's purpose, what I am really here for, the only conclusion I come to repeatedly is 'cosmic butt kicker'. I poke and prod and help people out of ruts and back into their life.
What I really need is an additional 8 hours a day to accomplish everything that I want to do.
My long term goals include working up the courage to develop energy and chakra balancing classes for people with a limited knowledge base of this topic & an Intro to Tarot class. A little information and training can go a long way in empowering people to take control of their energy and life.
